NameSpace is our service for looking after how the rest of the world communicates with you, and you with the world, across the internet.

Our NameSpace service includes us managing your:-

• Internet Connection – whether it be ADSL, the new BT Infinity service or a specialised line, we will advise you on all the possible options. We can provide load balanced multiple lines to give you greater performance and reliability.
• Domain Name – Your Companies Domain Name is very valuable. If it goes wrong no one will be able to access your website and you will not be able to send or receive emails. It can also be hijacked and used by someone else, which can be very damaging to your business
• Website – we can help you to create or update your website, host it and look after it
• POP3 email – we can set up and fully manage to your requirements
• MX Records – Your Mail Exchanger Record specifies the mail server which is responsible for accepting and sending your email messages. The set of MX records, A / B and so on, specifies how emails are routed.
• Blacklisting – this is when your domain is seen as an un-trustworthy source of email. If you become blacklisted you will have problems sending emails. We will advise you how to avoid this and if it happens sort it out for you.
